Navigating Life's Stages
Not everyone is equipped to gracefully navigate the changes life presents us.
Even those life stages that we look forward to, such as starting a family or retiring from a long successful career, can prove to be a difficult adjustment.
We may not be immediately prepared to face the change, loss, or new identities required when presented with sudden, unplanned life events — the end of a relationship, a life-changing medical diagnosis, or an unexpected move to a new community — all of which may leave you unmoored and not sure who you are now becoming.

Live Events
Small classes designed to guide you through specific phases of your journey offered both in-person and as live online events.
These live courses are designed to build on the participants’ current needs, and the interaction among the students can be as valuable as the guidance offered by the coach.
The in-person events may later be offered as online events if there is enough interest from those who cannot attend the live events.

What is an End of Life Doula?
An End of Life Doula (sometimes referred to as “Death Doula,” “End-of-Life Coach” or “Death Midwife”) is a non-medical professional trained to assist a dying person and their family during their final stage of life.
Doulas are trained to advocate for the dying person’s wishes and needs while working together with loved ones, caregivers, hospice teams and healthcare providers.
